Campus Veterinary Clinic is committed to a wellness approach for all companion animals. Unfortunately, when pets get sick or injured, we need to diagnose and treat to make your companion better. Campus Veterinary Clinic is equipped to diagnose and treat nearly any illness. Our doctors are skilled in many different fields of medicine. Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Diseases, Oncology, Ophthalmology, Neurology, and Cardiology are just a few divisions of medicine we are proficient in. If your pet’s case is extremely complicated, we can refer or consult with specialists to best treat your pet. We also can have specialists like radiologists and surgeons come to our hospital to help diagnose and treat your pet. Our staff is dedicated to providing the attentive and compassionate care needed to make your pet healthy again.
Behavior Medicine:
Illness doesn’t always have a physical cause. For cats, urinating or defecating outside the litter box is the number one behavioral problem we encounter. For dogs, separation anxiety and destructive behavior is commonly seen. Our doctors are trained to help properly diagnose and then develop a treatment plan. This can include behavioral medication which will involve extensive owner involvement and medication.
Pain Management:
Adult and senior pets are often very good at disguising their discomfort. That is why it is important for the veterinarian to examine them regularly to check for pain and address health problems as necessary with medication. Pets do not always tell us when they hurt, and pain management can increase their quality of life.
